EATING WELL AT WORK
It’s recommended that the average individual eats out no more than twice each week including breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many risks involved in dining out such as large portion sizes, high fat and sodium content in food and poor cooking methods. Try eating your breakfast at home, bringing your lunch to work and making dinner the only variable. If you never bring your lunch to work currently, give it a shot. Start by packing lunch once a week and gradually progress.
Use the following guidelines to help you choose food and beverages for your next conference, meeting or event.
