As you know, our organization will be participating in the Step Up Healthy 
Competition. This eight-week contest is sure to boost morale and help 
everyone develop healthier habits. I'd like you to become a team captain. 
It doesn't require a huge time commitment. All you have to do is build your 
team and make sure they stay motivated - the Step Up website does all the rest. 

Your involvement as a team captain will help ensure the program's success.

1. Accept your invitation from the League Leader to be a Team Captain.
2. Create your team.
3. Recruit Team Members
4. Make sure your team members register before the start date.
