Each player then keeps track of how much they walk as well as how many servings of fruits and vegetables they eat. They are required to enter the total number of steps and servings on their personal Step Up Web page. This can be done daily or weekly. These numbers are then added to the team’s overall progress as their contribution to the team’s success.
