Track Your Steps and Servings |
![]() Your “Enter Daily Info” page is where you track your daily steps and servings. The program is based on recommended goals of taking 10,000 steps and eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.* You’re encouraged to expand on your current behavior by setting new goals for yourself each week (i.e. last week walked 4,000 steps, next week I’ll walk 4,500 steps). |

* Daily steps recommendation based on Physical Activity Recommendation for 10,000 steps from the Surgeon General, as 10,000 step is equivalent to 5 miles/day.
* Daily serving’s recommendation is based on Dietary Guidelines for Americans, published jointly every 5 years by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA).
